NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, including bras, underwear, and sets. We know that’s not always easy to hear, which is why we’ve put real effort into our size guide and product descriptions,so you can feel confident before you order.

RECEIVED SOMETHING WRONG?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@brwnfactor.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been dispatched yet. Drop us a message at info@brwnfactor.com and we’ll sort it out.
